　　新浪财经讯 北京时间6月27日晚间消息，环球数码(拟使用代码GDCT)宣布，由于市场环境欠佳，推迟原定于周四(6月27日)进行的IPO计划。何时IPO的时间今天未予透露。
　　依照原定计划，环球数码原计划于今日IPO，拟发行575万份ADS，每ADS发行价在12-14美元之间，融资额约为7500万美元。据中间值13美元计算，环球数码的总值约为2.99亿美元。(立悟/编译)
