　　新浪体育讯　北京时间6月4日，据法新社报道，南非残奥会短跑冠军皮斯托瑞斯今天按原计划出庭，但这次只是一个10分钟的听证过程。据南非警方透露，取证工作至少要到8月才能完成，而正式的庭审也确定在8月19日进行。
　　26岁的皮斯托瑞斯是一名著名的残疾运动员，曾六夺残奥会短跑金牌，此外他还参加了伦敦奥运会的比赛。在2月14日情人节当天，他在家中枪杀利瓦-斯滕坎普。事后，他辩解说是把女友误当成了"非法闯入的小偷"，目前他交押金后保释在家。
　　此案有望在年底前宣判，皮斯托瑞斯一旦被认定有罪，将面临终身监禁的命运。(新体)
