　　京华时报讯 (记者张淑玲)初三学生李某在学校的体育课足球比赛中摔致骨折，认为学校未尽到监护和管理职责，将学校诉至海淀法院，要求学校赔偿其经济损失59万余元。记者昨日获悉，海淀法院已受理该案。    
　　李某诉称，2012年11月13日下午2时，学校安排初三年级两个班比赛足球。李某所在的班级老师指派李某参赛。比赛中，李某踢足球时摔倒受伤，经诊断伤情为左肱骨髁上骨折。
　　李某在医院里治疗了16天，且留下了后遗症。李某认为，自己尚未成年，是学校安排的足球比赛，自己在比赛中受伤，学校应当承担赔偿责任，故请求法院判令学校赔偿医疗费、陪护费、营养费、交通费、精神损害抚慰金等共59万余元。
　　目前，该案正在进一步审理当中。
