　　新浪财经讯 6月4日消息，在今日商务部例行发布会上，商务部新闻发言人姚坚在被问到电商征税问题时表示，关于电商税收立法，是财政税收主管部门在研究和调研，商务部希望能促进电商行业发展。
　　5月底，有媒体报道，今年"两会"上苏宁董事长张近东关于对电商征税的提案已被相关部委采纳，国家税务总局、商务部等部门正在紧锣密鼓地调研实施电子商务征税的具体措施，预计年内正式对网店开征5%的税收。
　　近期美国电商征税法案刚刚获得了通过，更加令这一消息备受关注。多家媒体报道称了解到电商征税已经开展调研，但在收取额度、征收范围以及时间等方面尚无定论。
　　今日商务部证实此事，但表示强调商务部的工作是促进电商行业规范发展，商务部将尽快制定出电子商务行业规范和服务规范。
　　上月28日，商务部发布了《中国电子商务报告(2012)》。报告显示，2012年中国电子商务市场交易总额达到80163亿元，比2011年增长31.7%。截至2012年底，中国网络购物用户规模达到2.42亿人，同比增长24.8%。(洁琳 发自北京)
