　　新浪科技讯 北京时间4月5日凌晨消息，惠普周四宣布，公司董事长雷·莱恩(Ray Lane)已经离职。此前股东已对莱恩表示不满，原因是惠普收购英国软件公司Autonomy的交易使其蒙受了重大亏损。
　　惠普董事、激进投资者拉尔夫·惠特沃斯(Ralph Whitworth)将出任临时董事长。惠特沃斯在3月股东大会上表示，投资者应为董事会的"演变"做好准备。
　　雷·莱恩是凯鹏华盈(Kleiner Perkins)管理合伙人，在几周前的惠普年度股东大会上勉强通过了重选。风险投资家马克·安德森(Marc Andresse)等其他几名董事也通过了重选，但得票数远低于以往。
　　惠普此前已对收购Autonomy交易进行重大减记，这令投资者感到愤怒，公开指责惠普收购价格过高，且未能进行正确的尽职调查。(唐风)
