馬肉風波「改變英國人消費習慣」

牛肉制品里混入马肉，不只涉及健康问题，还涉及整个食品加工、零售和政府监管部门的职业水准。

马肉充牛肉风波逐渐消停时，英国消费者指南杂志Which？调查发现，英国消费者里超过一半改变了购物习惯。
接受网上访谈的2000名成年人里，60%改变了采购食品的习惯，更多人表示开始少买加工过的肉食。
这项调查还显示，公众对食品工业的信任有所下降。
今年1月，从爱尔兰供应商提供混入马肉的冷冻牛肉汉堡开始，欧洲各地先后在几种经加工的牛肉产品中发现掺入马肉，引起轩然大波。
丑闻波及爱尔兰、英国、法国、挪威、奥地利、瑞士、瑞典和德国，包括特易购（Tesco）、Iceland、Aldi 和 Lidl 等在内的主要连锁超市都受牵连。
近7成受访者认为政府不够重视食品标签法规的实施，5成消费者对包装上成分列表的准确性表示怀疑。
英国首相卡梅伦周二（3月12日）在议会下院一个委员会表示，英国食品标准局（Food Standards Agency, FSA）和零售商都需要从中吸取教训。
