徒步攝制影像 谷歌街景深入北極

谷歌將高科技街景攝像機做成一個大背包，讓人背著在加拿大北極地帶一邊徒步行走一邊攝制影像。

互聯網搜索引擎谷歌的街景（Street View）服務開始向北極擴展街景圖。
為了建構地球上這塊最缺乏地理繪圖區域的詳細街景圖，谷歌將高科技街景攝像機做成一個大背包，讓人背著一邊徒步行走一邊攝制影像。
谷歌的街景小隊將從加拿大的伊魁特開始進行相關的拍攝工作，並徒步深入到車輛無法進入的地區。
伊魁特是加拿大北方一個偏遠小城，居民不到7,000名，大多是伊努特人。
他們將沿途的北極雪地風貌影像拍攝下來，然後上傳到街景的資料庫，準備後期製作成谷歌街景圖。
有關的街景圖預計可以在今年7月製作完成在網上發佈。
谷歌表示，這個區域沒有詳細的地圖，所以他們希望街景圖能幫助測繪出更詳細的地圖。
伊魁特也希望街景圖能吸引更多人造訪這個地方，並通過街景圖發展當地經濟，加速城市規劃。
