罕見的寒冷天氣在英國多地造成交通、電力供應等問題

英國氣象部門證實，今年的復活節是有記錄以來最寒冷的。
周日（3月31日）在蘇格蘭高地最低溫度降至零下12.5攝氏度，是有史以來最低的復活節氣溫。
英國氣象部門從1960年開始有氣溫記錄，1986年的復活節曾經創下零下9.8度的低溫。
英國平常年間三月底的平均氣溫一般在10到13度之間。
復活節沒有固定的日子，定在每年春分月圓之後第一個星期日，一般在每年的3月下旬至四月下旬之間。
不過，氣象部門說，至今只有約22%的復活節在三月。
而今年三月可能也將是有史以來溫度最低的三月之一。
罕見的寒冷氣候已經在英國多個地區造成停電等問題，農業和畜牧業都受到嚴重影響。
