[科技]苹果寻求重判三星产品专利侵权案(03/28 04:15)

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间3月28日凌晨消息，苹果周三向法庭提出请求，希望就14种三星产品涉嫌侵权案展开新的审判程序，而不是允许三星就此前一名美国法官的判决提出上诉。
　　美国圣何塞地区法院法官露西·科赫(Lucy Koh)3月1日将三星专利侵权案的赔偿金额从10.5亿美元降低4.505亿美元，称陪审团基于不正确的法律理论判定了此前的赔偿金额，并建议两家公司就她的判决提出上诉。
　　苹果昨天提交文件称，如果科赫允许三星在新的审判程序以前提出上诉，则该公司希望要求她重新考虑审判后判决，并寻求恢复针对AT&T版三星Galaxy S II和Infuse 4G的8530万美元赔偿。
　　三星和苹果现为全球两大智能手机厂商，自后者指控三星"奴隶般复制"其产品以来，两家公司已在全球四大洲展开专利诉讼大战。(唐风)
