　　全国政协委员、中国民用航空局局长李家祥3日说，交通部门大部制改革的方案很快就会公布。交通部门机构调整总的原则就是简化一些职能、同时理顺各种关系，以更好地发挥市场的作用、通过职能划分和调整以优化工作效率。(记者苏雪燕、华昶)
