　　新浪科技讯 北京时间1月11日下午消息，维基百科创始人吉米·威尔斯(Jimmy Wales)周四在接受采访时表示，将在近期内推出一个以旅游为主题的网站Wikivoyage。
　　威尔斯透露，Wikivoyage与维基百科基金会(Wikimedia Foundation)旗下所有网站一样，没有任何的商业模式，不会植入任何广告。Wikivoyage的目标是，向用户提供旅游目的地的相关信息，以及推荐餐厅、酒店、夜生活等服务内容。该网站获得开源wiki工具的支持，让用户可以在网站上创建、更新以及编辑相关信息。
　　Wikivoyage网站上写道："Wikivoyage是一个旨在提供免费、全面、最新、可靠的全球旅游导航的项目。无论旅游者何时在旅途中相遇，他们都会交换相关信息，如来自何方，打算到哪里去。我们希望提供一个平台，让旅游者以及其他人可以轻松分享这种信息。"(清辰)
