随着中国各地"两会"的召开，官员财产公示再次成为热门话题，许多官员纷纷出面表示愿意在有关规定出台后公示自己的财产。

但是也有官员表示，官员公示财产可能引起社会不稳定。还有人指出，官员也是人，财产状况是个人隐私，应该得到保护。有观察家指出，中国官员腐败已经发展到超越国民容忍底线和社会公共心理底线的程度，官员财产公示已经无法避免。但是，这一改革的关键在于"利益"，是涉及官员巨大利益的改革，势必面临阻力。
