　　昨日，公安县的贾先生，因5年前欠下银行7分钱，而叫苦不迭。
　　原来，贾先生前不久看中了当地的一套房子，交了15万元首付后，余款准备在银行贷款。哪知，银行工作人员告诉他，他有不良信用记录，不能够到银行贷款。
　　经查，原来是在他上大学的时候，在荆州一家银行办过信用卡，欠下7分钱的手续费。大学毕业后，由于没有再用这张银行卡，以致未还这7分钱。不料，被银行拉入了"黑名单"。
　　得知这个情况后，贾先生连忙补交了68.85元利息和滞纳金，满以为就可以贷款了，但银行表示，消除银行不良记录，还得等5年，贾先生交了购房首期，如果贷不到款，他就得向开发商交违约金。
　　昨日，该银行的相关负责人表示，正在想办法处理贾先生贷款一事。(记者卢成汉)
