本报郑州12月8日电 （特约记者刘然 通讯员孙帅）冬运开始以后，郑州铁路局强化机车整备、整修、验收、监测等环节质量控制，全力为冬运机车"杀菌除害"，确保冬季运输安全畅通。

这个局组织郑州、新乡、洛阳等3个机务段成立了机车设备安全质检组，全面检查机车设备隐患，对查出的机车故障、隐患及时整改、销号；安排技术人员对机车走行部、制动装置等关键设备制订日常检查保养方案，提高机车出库质量标准。

同时，这个局加强库内机车直供电试验，开展直供电机车供电系统专项整治活动，重点解决机车供电电压不稳等问题；加大轴温报警器库内整修力度，确保轴温报警器开机率、良好率达到100%。
