　　新浪科技讯 北京时间6月26日上午消息，据《华尔街日报》报道，知情人士透露，由于美国政府正在就国家安全问题对联想收购IBM低端服务器业务展开调查，因此这笔交易的前景并不明朗。
　　知情人士表示，美国安全官员和美国外国投资委员会(以下简称"CFIUS")担心，通信网络和五角大楼的数据中心里使用的IBM x86服务器可能会被远程渗透。
　　这笔交易是今年1月宣布的，而在将近十年前，联想斥资17.5亿美元收购亏损的IBM ThinkPad业务时，也曾经遭遇美国政府部门的审查。
　　美国政府官员还担心，这类服务器可以组合起来发挥超级计算机的功能。
　　知情人士表示，IBM和联想都试图缓解CFIUS对服务器维护问题的担忧，并表示，IBM将在交易完成后的一段时间内代表联想提供维护服务。
　　彭博社本月早些时候报道称，IBM和联想已经重新提交了这笔交易的审批申请，希望赢得更多的时间。
　　根据CFIUS去年12月发布的报告，中国公司2012年在美国的收购交易遭遇了最多的审查。(书聿)
